Individual therapy is for people who are ready to look honestly at what’s getting in the way, whether that’s anxiety, relationship patterns, a big transition, or the sense that something needs to shift. I offer online individual therapy for adults in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Texas, Florida, and Virginia. My approach is collaborative and active. We won’t just talk about what’s hard; we’ll work together to understand it and begin shifting the patterns that keep you stuck.​
