Coaching
Coaching is for you if you’re ready to create more of what you want in your life or relationship. It’s not about fixing something that’s “wrong” but about moving forward with more clarity, energy, and intention.

In our work together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you stuck, get clear on where you want to go, and create steps that actually feel doable. Coaching gives you the structure, support, and accountability to stop spinning your wheels and start building the life and connection you really want.

You might be drawn to coaching if you’re feeling motivated but also a little stuck, like something needs to shift, but it hasn’t happened yet.
Some of the reasons clients come to coaching are:
-
You want better communication and connection in your relationship
-
Life feels “fine,” but you know you want more than just going through the motions
-
You’re navigating a big transition and want to clarify your vision
-
You crave more purpose, direction, or alignment in your day-to-day life
-
You want accountability so you actually follow through on the changes you’ve been thinking about
If any of that feels familiar, coaching gives you a clear path forward and the support to stick with it.
What to expect:
When we work together, I want you to feel both supported and stretched. I aim to provide the kind of space where you can be fully yourself while also moving toward the changes you’re craving.
Grounded in Training, Shaped by Experience
The 60-hour ICF approved Coaching Mastery program provided me with a strong foundation of coaching skills, but what really matters is the way I show up with you: collaborative, curious, and action-oriented.
Focus on the
“What” and the “Who”
Together we’ll look at the practical goals you want to reach (the What) and the deeper values and patterns that shape who you are (the Who). When both are aligned, your growth feels authentic and lasting.
Insight and
Action
You’ll leave sessions with both new perspective and concrete steps you can put into practice right away. It’s not just about talking, it’s about setting goals and creating real momentum.
Motivation, Readiness, and Accountability
You bring the readiness and motivation to grow, and I’ll bring the structure and accountability to help you stay on track. We’ll celebrate progress, notice where you get stuck, and keep your goals moving forward.
Coaching vs. Therapy
When you’re ready for support, it can feel confusing to sort out whether therapy or coaching is the better fit. Both can be incredibly valuable, but they’re not the same. Here’s a simple way to understand the difference so you can feel confident in your choice.

Therapy is about healing. It often involves looking at the past, working through pain or unresolved experiences, and addressing mental health concerns that may be affecting your daily life. Therapy provides a safe space to process, make sense of, and heal so you can find more stability and wellbeing.

Coaching is about growth. In coaching, we start from where you are right now and focus on where you want to go. It’s about clarifying your goals, building new skills, and creating momentum toward the changes you’re craving. Coaching is forward-looking, action-oriented, and designed to help you feel supported and accountable as you move ahead.

Coaching isn’t therapy, and it doesn’t replace therapy when that’s needed. But if you’re in a place where you’re ready to take action, lean into your motivation, and finally follow through on the changes you’ve been thinking about, coaching can be the right fit. Think of it as a partnership that helps you keep moving forward step by step, with encouragement and structure along the way.
