About Me

 

I’m a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister, a lifelong learner, a cancer survivor, a friend, and a Bay Area native. I’m also a career switcher who knows what it’s like to make big changes and ask hard questions along the way.

Like many of my clients, I’ve wrestled with identity, confidence, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and purpose. And I’ve experienced the power of therapy to create deep and lasting change. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate your own version of growth.

How I Work

My style is collaborative, active, and strength-based. I work best with people who are motivated to get curious, dig in, and make real changes in their lives. I draw from both clinical training and coaching-informed tools, which are naturally woven into my style and help support momentum, insight, and meaningful progress. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most, identify what’s getting in the way, and build tools to help you move forward.

My Background

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the health and wellness field, in education, and in the tech world, which gives me a grounded understanding of the pressures and transitions many of my clients are navigating.

I live in San Rafael with my husband, our daughter, and our dog, Buddy.
