I’m excited to share that I’ve launched a YouTube video series all about relationships, communication, and creating the kind of love that actually feels good to be in.

Over the years of working with individuals and couples, I’ve seen so many people struggle with the same questions:

  • Why do we keep having the same argument over and over?

  • How do I ask for what I need without starting a fight?

  • Are we just roommates now?

  • How do we get back to actually enjoying each other?

These videos are my way of answering those questions outside of the therapy room in short, approachable conversations where I share tools, frameworks, and real-world examples that you can start using right away.

What you’ll find in the series

Each video is about 5 minutes long (because I know you don’t need another hour-long lecture in your life). I cover topics like:

  • Understanding your unique relationship patterns (hello, pursuer/withdrawer dynamic 👋)

  • Practical communication tools you can try at home (yes, even if you’re both stubborn)

  • Ways to rebuild friendship and intimacy when things feel flat

  • Step-by-step guides for tried-and-true exercises, like the Gottman-Rapoport listening exercise

My goal is to make these videos both useful and doable. You don’t need a background in psychology or a stack of self-help books to put this into practice.

Why I created this

Relationships can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re stuck in the “fine, but not great” stage. I wanted to create a resource that feels like having a thoughtful conversation with me, something you can return to anytime you need a reminder, encouragement, or a fresh idea to try.

How to watch

You can head over to my YouTube channel to check out the first video. New videos will be also be posted here regularly, so if you want to follow along, make sure to hit subscribe and turn on notifications.

I’d love to hear what resonates with you, and if there are specific topics you’d like me to cover in future videos. Drop a comment on YouTube or send me a quick note - I really value your feedback.
