California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #119346
Providing confidential online therapy to individuals and couples throughout California.
My Specialties
I support individuals and couples in their 20s & 30s —those transformative years of relationship development, career path navigation, and personal growth. We will explore your inner strengths, core values, and deepest dreams. And together, we will create lasting strategies to help you cultivate resilience, embrace opportunities, and propel you toward the life you’ve always envisioned.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, active, and strength-based. My work is informed by research, advanced certifications, and ongoing learning. I like to work with people who are eager to make changes in their lives, relationships, or careers.

Some of the topic areas that I am most passionate about working with are:
- Life Transitions
- Anxiety
- Navigating Relationships
- Pregnancy and New Parenthood
- Cancer Thrivers
1
Life Transitions
Life transitions can be both exciting and challenging. I support my clients navigating a wide range of experiences, from starting a new job or moving to a different city, to major milestones like marriage or parenthood. I help individuals understand the emotional impact of these changes, identify the growth opportunities, and develop effective coping strategies.
2
Anxiety
My work with clients experiencing anxiety is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a commitment to well-being. I believe that anxiety is a natural response to life’s challenges, and that it doesn't define you.
In our sessions, we will explore the intricate layers of anxiety—its triggers, thought patterns, and physical sensations. I draw from evidence-based approaches, tailoring our work to your unique needs. My goal is not merely symptom reduction; it’s fostering resilience, self-acceptance, and growth. Together, we will create a roadmap where anxiety no longer holds the reins, but rather becomes a stepping stone to transformation.
3
Navigating Relationships (Individuals and Couples)
Whether you find yourself single and frustrated by the dating experience, are looking to enhance an already positive connection, prepare for the next stage of your relationship, break difficult relationship cycles, or work through stuck places with your partner, therapy can be a powerful tool for strengthening or redefining your relationship.
My work with couples is primarily based in The Gottman Method, and informed by The PACT Institute, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I ask all couples to complete the Gottman Relationship Check-up at the beginning of our work together and utilize Gottman tools and frameworks to support clients in developing new skills for communication and connection.

In my work with couples looking to take the next step in their relationship, be that marriage or another form of long-term commitment, I utilize the Prepare/Enrich premarital and marriage assessment tool, which uses evidence-based skills and insights to foster healthy relationships.
4
Pregnancy and New Parenthood
Welcoming a child into your family will rock your world. Guaranteed. But not always in the ways that the ways we expect. It is wonderful, and amazing, and tiring. But it is also traumatic, anxiety producing, and totally overwhelming. It may feel like it was meant to be, and you may feel like you’ve made a huge mistake – sometimes at the same time.
I specialize in supporting women during the transformative journey of pregnancy and early parenthood. My compassionate and evidence-based approach focuses on nurturing emotional well-being, fostering healthy relationships, and empowering women to navigate this significant life phase.
5
Cancer Thrivers (Patients, Survivors, and Family Members)
A cancer diagnosis is never something we plan for, but suddenly our world, and the world of our loved ones, is turned upside down. I know because I have been there. I utilize my personal experiences and professional training to help you navigate your new post-diagnosis world.
My work centers around empowering cancer thrivers—those who face the challenges of cancer diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship—with resilience, compassion, and hope.
